If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. When getting in touch, kindly include clear photos of the item so we can review the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If a return is approved:

  • The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
