Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and the purchase of products from Little Wishes By Amba (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products

We specialise in personalised greeting cards and custom items made to order.

Due to the nature of personalised products:

  • Each item is uniquely created based on the details you provide
  • Small variations may occur
  • Colours may differ slightly depending on screen settings

Personalisation Responsibility

This is VERY important for your protection:

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All spelling, dates, and details provided are accurate and final
  • You have checked all personalisation information carefully before submitting your order

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

If incorrect details are provided:

  • The order will be produced exactly as submitted
  • A replacement will require a new purchase

Order Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
  • If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time

Production & Dispatch

  • All items are made to order
  • Processing times are stated on the product page
  • Dispatch times are estimates and not guaranteed

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal services
  • Customs or external factors beyond our control

Delivery

  • We ship within the UK and internationally i
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Lost or delayed items once marked as delivered

Returns & Refunds (Personalised Items)

Due to the custom nature of our products:

🚫 Personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item is damaged upon arrival
  • We have made an error in the personalisation

If there is an issue:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Provide a refund where appropriate

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within [e.g. 1–2 hours] of purchase
  • Once production has started, cancellations are not possible

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content are the property of Little Wishes By Amba Design.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs
  • Personalised items are for personal use only

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services
  • Customer errors in submitted personalisation details

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse orders that:

  • Contain offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
