- Dispatch time always depends on how busy we are. So this can vary from time to time so always check estimated delivery time

- Each listing shows an estimated delivery date, but please remember this is only an estimate — not guaranteed.

🚚 Delivery Information
- Standard Delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Express Delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Upgrading delivery does not change dispatch time, only how fast your parcel arrives after posting.
- Once your order has left me, I have no control over postal delays.
- No free upgrades are available.

❌ Cancellations & Returns
- You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase only.
- If you wish to cancel outside of the 24 hour a fee will be charged and taken out of your refund.
- Returns are accepted only if your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- We do not accept returns if you’ve changed your mind or no longer want the item.
- If a return is approved, the buyer must cover return postage.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
