Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms & Conditions set out below. These terms apply to all orders unless otherwise stated within an individual product listing.

1. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products
All of our products are handmade and/or personalised to order. For this reason, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance of the date your item is required.
As our products are individually made, minor variations may occur between items. These small differences are a natural part of purchasing a handmade product and do not constitute a fault.
Product photographs are intended to provide an accurate representation of our items; however, colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, image editing and individual screen or device settings.
Where applicable, our personalised clothing and sets are decorated using specialist garment vinyl, selected to create bright and durable designs when the appropriate care instructions are followed.

2. Personalisation & Customer-Supplied Information
Please carefully check all personalisation details before completing your purchase.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* Names
* Ages
* Dates
* Relationships
* Messages
* Spellings
* Capitalisation
* Colours
* Design selections
* Any other information requested within the listing
Personalised items will be produced using the information supplied with your order. We will not automatically correct names, spellings or wording, as an unusual spelling or phrase may be intentional.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all information supplied is correct at the time the order is placed.
Once production has begun, we cannot guarantee that amendments can be made.
If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to help where we can, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.
We cannot be held responsible for errors that appear on the finished product where the item has been produced correctly according to the information supplied by the customer.

3. Processing & Dispatch Times
As all items are made to order, processing times can vary depending on our current workload and the product purchased.
Please check the estimated dispatch and delivery information shown on the listing before ordering.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
If you require an order by a particular date, please contact us before purchasing. We will advise whether we believe your requested timeframe is achievable.
Please do not place an order and subsequently request that it is rushed unless this has been agreed with us beforehand.

4. Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, our standard UK delivery services are:
Standard Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48
Express Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24
Please note that upgrading your delivery service only changes the postal service used after dispatch. It does not reduce our processing or production time unless this has been specifically agreed with us.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 delivery times are delivery aims and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery dates.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal carrier. Although we will assist where appropriate if a parcel is significantly delayed or lost, we cannot control delays within the postal network.
We are unable to provide complimentary postage upgrades because an order is required urgently.
We currently ship within the UK only.

5. Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address supplied when ordering is complete and correct.
Please check your address carefully before completing checkout.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. If your parcel has already been dispatched, we may be unable to amend or redirect it.
Additional postage charges may apply if an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was supplied.

6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
As many of our products are personalised and made specifically for each customer, cancellation rights may be limited once work has begun on your order.
Where an order has already entered production, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs already incurred in producing your personalised item where permitted by law.
Once a personalised or made-to-order item has been completed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

7. Returns & Change of Mind
Many of our products are made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Under UK consumer law, the usual right to cancel an online purchase because you have changed your mind does not generally apply to goods that have been made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
We therefore cannot normally accept returns of personalised products simply because:
* You have changed your mind;
* The item is no longer required;
* The wrong personalisation information was supplied when ordering;
* You ordered the incorrect size, colour, design or variation; or
* The item did not arrive by a particular date where no guaranteed delivery date was agreed.
For any non-personalised products where statutory cancellation rights apply, those rights will be honoured in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care when making and checking every order.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of:
* The item;
* The fault or damage;
* The packaging, where relevant; and
* Any other information reasonably required to investigate the issue.
Please do not dispose of the item or packaging until we have had an opportunity to review the problem.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied by us, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Where we are responsible for the fault, you will not be required to bear return postage costs where the law requires us to cover them.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, failure to follow care instructions or damage occurring after delivery will not normally be considered a manufacturing fault.

9. Approved Returns
Where a return has been agreed, please follow the return instructions provided to you.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we are otherwise legally responsible for the cost of return, the customer may be responsible for return postage.
Returned products must be appropriately packaged and, where applicable, returned in their original condition.
We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage for any return.
Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

10. Sizing
Where clothing or other sized products are purchased, customers are responsible for checking the sizing information provided within the listing before ordering.
We cannot normally accept a return of a personalised item because an incorrect size was selected by the customer.
As sizing may vary between manufacturers and suppliers, we recommend using the measurements or size guidance provided rather than relying solely on the age or size stated on the label.

11. Care Instructions
Customers are responsible for following any care instructions supplied with their product or stated within the relevant listing.
For clothing decorated using garment vinyl, appropriate washing and care is particularly important to preserve the design.
Damage caused by incorrect washing, tumble drying, ironing directly over a design, excessive heat or failure to follow the supplied care instructions will not normally be considered a product fault.

12. Postal Delays & Required Dates
We understand that many of our products are purchased for birthdays, celebrations, holidays and other special occasions.
Customers should therefore allow sufficient time for both production and delivery when placing an order.
Unless we have expressly agreed to a guaranteed delivery date, estimated delivery dates should not be treated as guarantees.
We cannot control delays caused by Royal Mail or another delivery provider. However, where a parcel is lost or significantly delayed, we will provide reasonable assistance and comply with our obligations as the seller under applicable consumer law.

13. Intellectual Property & Product Images
Unless otherwise stated, photographs, product images, original designs, written content and other materials created by us remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, resold or used commercially without our prior permission.
Purchase of a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or design rights to the customer.

14. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing contained within these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or override any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If any provision within these Terms & Conditions conflicts with a right that cannot legally be excluded, your statutory rights will take precedence.

15. Agreement to These Terms
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have:

* Checked the product description and relevant sizing information;
* Checked all personalisation details;
* Supplied the correct delivery information; and
* Understood the estimated processing and delivery times applicable to your order.
